Jeff Corriolan runs a real estate business that has created 35 million in production this past year and boasts a team of over 25 agents around the United States. The reason why Jeff has been so successful and able to differentiate himself from others is that he shows up every day for himself and for his clients.
However, Jeff is excited to announce that he will be hosting an event along with another one of his partners from EXP Realty, Michael Lafido. The event is called Selling Luxury Homes. The two of them will be teaching about what they know best, which is selling luxury homes and networking.
“Prices have gone up in Florida and I wanted to teach the agents to not be afraid of the market! I also wanted them to learn how they can be successful in the industry, especially as minorities! It is only $199 to attend and you can go on eventbrite to sign up. Miami is the best location,and is central for most attendees!” Jeff exclaims
The lesson counts for three credit hours and will cover two different courses that will teach students the ins and outs of selling luxury properties. The event will take place on March 31st from 10am to 4pm in Aventura, Florida, but tickets are selling out fast.
Jeff himself has become a household name in the luxury property world though he never planned to be in the business. He, for years, said that this was not his calling despite being raised around realtors and real estate in general. However, life changed his mind.
“I never had an interest in real estate. My parents told me to get into it at the age of 18 and that was a flat out NO. Only to turn around and do it at the age of 19, due to my friend being in the business. As of today, my motivation comes from the relationships I am able to build from my clients/customers and colleagues. To put someone into a home for the first time, or to see their dreams truly be accomplished. That is what my goal is all about,” Jeff recounts.
Jeff loves his job because it never feels like a day of work for him. Now, he wants to share what he has learned with all other realtors in the Florida area. For him, not only does he get to do what he loves, but he also loves that he gets to share it with others.
“I wake up each and every day and I go to work. This business allows you so much free time, that if you aren’t clear with your objectives you can get lost in everyone else’s schedule. My goal is to impact as many agents and clients that are out there,” Jeff explains.
